As an experienced IT Services Manager with an extensive range of technical skills, complimented by project management experience, Steven excels in project management, implementation services, networking and system support, in both the public and private sector.
With 18 years experiences of experience Steven has a strong technical support background, including the opportunity to mentor, train and manage members of both a 3rd line and 2nd support team. By encouraging people to take ownership of their work and develop a sense of pride from what they accomplish, Steven's management style and IT expertise has supported teams to be respectful of the organisational needs and successfully implemented strategic plans.
Steven’s always customer orientated, with excellent communication skills, providing the ability to deal with people at all levels with a professional approach, regardless of the environment or political and financial difficulties an organisation may be experiencing.
Head of Learning and Development
With 17 years experience in the learning and development sector from training provider to awarding body, Penny is an experienced lead IQA, tutor and assessor with extensive success in designing bespoke programmes to meet organisational needs in addition to managing and delivering apprenticeships.
Having the privilege to work on 16 sector trailblazer groups she has played significant part in the development over 40 of the new employer apprenticeship standards and supported other providers in preparing for the new levy and end point assessment.
Quality and Compliance Manager
Julie is an experienced IQA tutor and assessor in apprenticeships and commercial training, with more than 18 years experience in leadership and Management, Health and Safety, Hospitality and Children and Young People.
Julie specialises in preparing teams to deliver the new apprenticeship standards and designing compliance strategies for both employers to ensure regulatory activity remains compliant and robust while engaging for participants.
